BREAKING: Lakurawa fighters reportedly killed two people, led the Friday prayers, at the Izalah Central Mosque in Kaya village, Tambuwal LGA, Sokoto State. He had to announce that he was supporting Tinubu @officialABAT re-election because Tinubu is a Yoruba man. Yet the people who lost their lives in the violence were mostly Yoruba people. Neither side has said anything about those killed. Who killed them? Who ordered or enabled the violence? Who is investigating their deaths? Where is the justice for their families? To them, what is paramount is protecting family political interests, securing power and preserving access to the spoils of government, while ordinary Nigerians are left to carry the pain, grief and sorrow.
