The fundamental issue isn't the agent, it's the OS underneath. Monolithic systems where everything is connected to everything gives every process ambient access, access it never asked for. We're now bolting AI onto this fundamental computing issue. The fix is rebuilding the stack from first principles. For us, it's the ElastOS runtime (github.com/Elacity/elasto…), a tiny trusted core written in Rust (a language built to make security holes nearly impossible), everything else, meaning every app, every agent, everything (!) are sandboxed (WASM sealed boxes) "capsules" with zero access by default. Authority now isn't monolithic, it becomes a mandate, a permission slip for one thing to talk to another, provably from you, with a hard spend cap, a kill switch, and a tamper-proof receipt for every act. Ok maby this dosent sound too sexy, but the magic is in the ability to create interesting formulas and the billions of types of capsules which can be built and chained together, including markets to buy and trade them. For instance, tasks then become formulas of capsules. "Meeting notes" = microphone + transcribe + summarize + write-file: four capsules, and the mic never touches the network, the summarizer never touches the mic. Or "Research this" = browser + reader + your local model + notes-writer: the browsing happens in a sealed box, so a malicious webpage hits sandbox walls, not your files. An agent is just the capsule that writes the formula, and every wire in it is one you granted and can cut. Now plug in local AI and intelligence never leaves your desk, your models, your data, your agents, answering to you alone. Connect everyones machines peer-to-peer (no company in the middle) and then open up trade under blockchain governance and you get what nobody else has built: millions of sovereign nodes in a global mesh, where everyone owns their data, everyone commands their agents, and companies' IP is protected by architecture, not terms-of-service. Intelligence must be contained and on every desk with an OS that can safely hand it authority and a network where it can transact. This is what we call a world computer, owned by no one, owned by everyone. The issue was never the agent (the issue here is about closed vs open). This issue is all about the frikin' OS architecture! The fix is not a better contract. It is ownership. Elacity dDRM wraps your recording into a Wealth Capsule: encrypted everywhere except the instant of playback, with your royalty and terms written into the file itself.

Here is the structural trap: a license is a contract resting on an asset someone else holds. The day you signed or uploaded, the master left your hands. So the money flows to whoever owns the master, by design. Not a bug. The architecture.

Community experimentation on whats possible with ElastOS runtime and carrier is starting to get really exciting. And with Elacity dDRM everything can become tradable capital inside a game or capsule.

An update on where we are on ElastOS' sovereign OS product for digital ownership + Elacity dDRM for data markets. A worthwhile watch to see the mission and opportunity forming.

The real value proposition we are working on is turning data into capital. Labour is increasingly headed to zero, so giving your time as a skill is less and less relevant. AI is driving the marginal cost of labour to zero, human wealth can no longer come from wages. Universal basic income = dependance and isn't sustainable.
