First Claude banned me (fixed after 2-3 weeks of trying to get their attention), and now @ChatGPTapp has banned me too on my 20x subscription. Why can't we just build apps without triggering automatic bans every few weeks?? And why do these suspensions completely revoke access

Why can't we just build apps without triggering automatic bans every few weeks?? And why do these suspensions completely revoke access to all our data and chat history? Even if you need to suspend actual usage or coding, at least let us view and export our conversations and projects. Losing everything feels unnecessarily punitive. I'm not the only one feeling these pain points. @thsottiaux @OpenAI @sama — any help pls?
