It's easy to say employers should make adjustments to meet their needs, but where is the understanding on WHY people can't work? Where is the accessible mental health support to facilitate this? What will happen when people get let go from employment because of poor performance?
Saying people with anxiety or depression should be expected to work when they don't have the capacity to meet their basic needs is the prime example of the governments surface level understanding of what social justice is.

Having to remind myself of this message every time I think I'm stupid and incapable. Finding out I was autistic with adhd was the best thing to happen but going through the self discovery at this stage in life is tough going. Need to remember to be kind to myself.
