It's about the problems. If you are providing value then you have a perspective that your users/customers don't. By definition they cannot think of the solutions that you are able to bring to the conversation.

When you go talk to users, don't (just) ask them what features they want. Ask them what problems they have. In the best case this will lead you to think of features they'll love but would never have thought to ask for. And expect to go through multiple cycles of ask-and-build.

Great question and the process is the product. How involved a company is during the mapping and discovery phase directly predicts whether anyone actually uses the system/Ai/automation after we hand it off. Low involvement means low adoption every time. So yes, some companies

Like many things, people want to jump straight to the end. "Lights out" may not be ready yet. The question is how close can you reliably get? And as @dexhorthy points out, the answer can be different across projects.
