I was vacationing in Hawaii and some guys tried to follow me on one of my workouts.. Now they call it the Ironman Triathlon
Some guys once followed me when I was doing a light workout out when I was on vacation out west.. Now they call it the Western States 100

I don't always get sore, but when I do my legs are 100x stronger the next day
