It is not unusual to find many different species of bees pollinating the kratom trees at the same time. As well as bees the kratom supports butterflies, beetles, wasps and moths.

@Kratomlife420 Kratom requires slashing and burning the river banks causing erosion and ruins the water quality. Most of the “farmers” are squatting on the river banks and don’t have legal title. The agriculture extends well into National parks and protected areas.

I was checking out testmykratom.org with test reports for 7oh products. There are a lot of 7oh brands. Some brands are made by white labellers, but there has been a huge migration of manufacturers from the cannabis space to the kratom industry. With the solid technical skills, financial backing and existing relationships with distribution these new players are shaking up the Kratom industry.

Most viewpoints are not holistic and don’t see past individual biases. 7oh is a potent opioid that can be safely obtained in regular stores and has little to no risk of an overdose. It is probably not appealing to opioid naive people, but provides valuable relief from opioid withdrawal to people who have caught in our opioid epidemic. The amount of lives saved could probably be calculated by an epidemiologist. My guess is it saves hundreds of lives a week. I have not tried 7oh, and I have no intention of trying it, but I know it is highly effective, and it has a lower risk profile than other opioids.

Mitragynine binds to opioid receptors , mdpi.com/1422-0067/13/9… so by definition it is an opioid. It is not a derivative of opium so it is not an opiate. You could download chemdock software and you will find the opioid receptor binding energy. Mitragynine’s effects are reversible with naloxone. Just because Kratom is an opioid doesn’t make it a narcotic. Could you explain why you say Kratom is not an opioid?

That is Ethiopian Air, probably flight ET338, Addis to Kampala. Ethiopian Air is good, the cabin crew speak proper English and a bunch of other languages. Not much 4 petite flight attendants can do, those dudes just do their own thing. Those passengers are flying probably the second time in their lives, coming back from their Haj. They haven’t figured out etiquette. Developing countries… get used to it.

I was comparing the list to a local smoke shop which has a huge range of 7oh products. I counted at least 10 other 7 hydroxymitragynine brands on the shelves not listed on testmykratom.org. The smoke shop didn’t even bother carrying OPMS. A year ago OPMS was their top selling product. Who would have predicted that?
