Afgelopen woensdag heeft NSV! samen met de @SaveEuropeAct een manifestatie op het Luxemburgplein georganiseerd in Brussel. Maandagavond, een anderhalve dag voor de manifestatie, werd de betoging verboden door de burgemeester. Hierna stapte NSV! vliegensvlug naar de Raad van State. Ze won de zaak luttele uren voor het evenement om 11u30. Terwijl we verzamelden, hing er boven ons hoofd een beroep dat de manifestatie nog steeds zou kunnen verbieden tot 14u40. Als de manifestatie verboden was dan zou iedereen opgepakt worden. Niet tevergeefs zette de NSV!'ers door met het opzetten van alles. Toen we de handtekeningen brachten naar het Europees Parlement, wist PZ Brussel ineens wat werkt; grenzen. Ze werden tegengehouden door het al te vaak gebruikt excuus; extreemlinkse amokmakers zouden de veiligheid in gevaar brengen. Dezelfde excuses als bij het verbod van de manifestatie.

I had the honor to share my experience with lawfare at the event "Lawfare: When the law becomes a weapon" hosted by MEP @TomaszFroelich of @ESNgroup_EU together with @EvaVlaar and @DVanLangenhove The event was an opportunity for activists like me to expose, at the very heart of the European institutions, how the law is often transformed into a weapon of oppression by those in positions of power against dissidents.

🛡️This is our letter of victory! The Mayor of Brussels banned the planned Save Europe Act demonstration scheduled for 15 July 2026 at Place du Luxembourg. With the help of our lawyer we challenged the decision before Belgium's Council of State, arguing for the suspension of the ban under urgent proceedings. The final outcome was clear: We won the case and brought more than 530k signature to the European Parliament. Thank you to everyone who supoorted us and donated to our donorbox and made our demonstration possible. Remigration will come to the EU! Note: We blacked out names and addresses for privacy reasons.

Ho avuto l'onore di prendere parte alla prima mobilitazione di piazza del @saveeuropeact durante la quale 500000 firme sono state portate all'ingresso del parlamento Europeo. Nonostante i tentativi di fermare la manifestazione da parte del sindaco di Bruxelles e della polizia, che ironicamente utilizzava filo spinato e forza bruta per impedirci l'accesso alla piazza del parlamento, alla fine le stesse sono state depositate al suo ingresso. Questo è solo il primo passo, insieme renderemo la Remigrazione una realtà.
