@BrycePaul101 I started getting charged from Cryptnation 3 months ago. No invoice, no nothing. I contract l contact your Helpdesk and they say they can only refund me for 1 month. I need a refund for all 3 months!

@EpsonAmerica What's your return policy/ warranty on a defective unit? I bought the ET-360 in July, and it started printing 1/2 of every other line 4 days ago. I've troubleshooted it and done everything I could think to do in order to fix it. Prior to this, I had no issues.

@BestBuy @EpsonAmerica's ET-360 is in stock all over the internet. I bought this printer 3 months ago for work. It went out on me a few days ago. Best buy doesn't have it in stock nationwide. Will you two giants fix this issue even if it only means sending them 1 unit for me?

@BestBuy What they failed to do, was explain what happens when the item is not in stock. Had they explained that if be given a credit for a third of the money i spent buying the printer $300 to put towards a different printer i would have NEVER bought the plan in the first place

@BestBuy This is where the deceit in your business practices comes in. When they sold me the warranty they explained how easy it is to exchange and get a replacement unit if something goes wrong with the printer. It makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside...

@BestBuy Your product return plan sucks! I bought a newprinter 4 months ago. I paid an extra $50 for a 2 year warranty. I go into the store today, they offered me a $108 credit towards a more expensive unit with #getthis a $79 extended warranty. Meaning i pay $332 more! #scam!
