@easyJet hello SUPPORT needed! I booked a hire car along with my flight and when I went to get the car there was hidden costs and upselling I had not agreed.i did not have the car & The car company is currently holding my funds aswell as what I have paid you. Please contact me

@easyJet @Flight_Refunds easy jest saying they won’t compensate due to ATC exceptional circumstances...yet they called us to the gate, asked 24 people to offer to get off flight as a crew member was sick..now they are saying it was ATC? Liars!!!

@easyJet I made a booking error due to M.E. (cog impaired) tried to cancel wi 24hrs. I was told I was “not listening” by agent, given conflicting info. Did not accommodate a disabled cust under Equality Act. I had 2 cancel under protest and will be pursuing a complaint w AADR
