Some clarification: it's not a crime to call an autistic child a nigger, but apparently this jury believes it is one to admit to saying nigger to a sex offender. The above does not apply to black people, who can say nigger at will.

My experience with feminized jurisprudence (admittedly I only have two degrees in law) was that most women are unable to separate their evolutionary instinct for moving the goalposts in the name of nebulous fairness, while simultaneously dismissing the adversarial structure of litigation. Both premises of natural Justice are thus voided (nemo iudex and Audi altereram partem)

There is such a thing as violent speech. You absolutely CAN harm people by speaking. This is why it should be illegal to describe anything or anyone as "racist" or "anti-[group]" or "[group]phobic." This is an act of violence no different from a mugging or a shooting.

The next morning he came back and unlocked the door. He brought us a McDonald’s breakfast and apologised for his friends, he said they were drunk and get like that when they are. I was still tired and I asked him to take us home. We drove back and I asked him why they had a lock on the outside of the door, he replied “sometimes we have to keep girls like you in there so you don’t escape” there was a pause and I stared at him, he laughed and said “i am joking, but thats a fun thought no?” I asked him what he meant and he said “I find some BDSM games fun, but you may not be into that and thats ok” i responded by asking him what he meant and he said “nah dont worry you are too young” i was a little aggy and said “no im not, what do you mean?” and he said for me to google it later but not on a device that my mother may go on. I thought it was odd and random. When we got back he asked me to meet him at the park later that evening alone as he wanted to spend time with me, he said we could go drive up to the tarn or to Leeds to spend time together. I asked him why not his house and he said that his mother was staying there with his daughter but we can maybe go back there another time. He was going away for a few weeks and may not be able to be contacted but he will be back before my birthday with some nice gifts. When I left he kissed me on the cheek and called me his sweetheart.

We chatted for hours about random stuff, life things, his friends said to him that I am “wifey material” and he said “nah it’s not her birthday for another month or so don’t be a creep” again, I thought this was humorous so just laughed it off. At around 2am my friend started to fall asleep on the chair, I was also very drunk and tired and asked if we could go home. He said to me “oh don’t say that! We can put her upstairs in a bed so she can sleep it off”. He then carried her upstairs whilst I stayed with his friends. The topic of conversation became about sex and about my experience, it was a little uncomfortable, they were telling me about how many girls they have slept with and some of the best sexual things they have experienced. That’s when they started to touch me on my legs and stroke my hair. I stood up and told them to stop. They shouted “not white trash are you? Don’t be boring and be like one of the fun sluts we know”. I walked upstairs to find my friend and i can remember shaking, they were laughing in the background. On the stairs i met the guy again and told him what happened. He told me to go upstairs and he would sort it out. I did exactly this. He didnt come back for a while but when he did he told me to get some rest, I said I didn’t feel safe. He said he can lock the door from the outside and only he has the key, then tomorrow we will go home.

It was a month before my 12th birthday, he picked me and my friend up and got us drinking straight away. He asked if we wanted to do any drugs and we said no, he said if we did he can get us some and we would be safe with him. I remember the wind in my hair as we were driving through Denholme, it was quite late but I felt so happy and free. We pulled up to some terraced houses and there was music and shouting, by this point we had some alcohol so felt a little tipsy. He took me by the arm and we went into this house, it smelt of cigarettes and there were some people drinking, he introduced me to his friends and they all hugged me and touched me when saying hello. They did the same to my friend. He then walked me by holding my shoulders and put me between two other men and my friend on the corner chair. We were drinking, we were laughing, they kept daring us to drink more, we did. They asked where our parents were and we told them. One of them said “we could keep you here forever and no one would give a shit”, i laughed it off because it was kinda true in my eyes. (Having a break) 🤍

There were a few times I felt suffocated and was like “god he is so annoying”, but then id get compliments from him and at school by peers so this would make me “forget”. Time went on and I saw him on and off, we would message daily, but then he would disappear on weekends and I assumed he was with his daughter. He had multiple different phone numbers as he either lost his phone or broke it. This was just how it was. The first time things went “downhill” for me was a party with his friends in Bradford.

From this moment he started to get obsessive and each time I fell for it. If I hadn’t messaged him back quickly he would be calling me. He was worried, he thought one of my mothers boyfriends had hurt me, he was upset and struggling. I remember him saying “i wish i could wrap you up and keep you safe from everyone, you are such a good girl”. I apologised over and over if I was in school, or with friends, busy, but i felt so guilty. “What friends are you with?” “Is there other men there?” “You are special to me and I want you to be safe” “You need me to look after you, people will take advantage”
