Calling an ED "self control and discipline" is crazy. Having those would mean you beat your ED. Self control and discipline is why your body is failing. It's harder to get better than it is to starve yourself. I hope you all make it someday.

@internetpawti -terribly difficult to keep up. Just baby steps. I eat no sugar no ice cream no candy and mostly eat lean protein (and pizza) and still love life. And it's not difficult for me since I slowly build up to it. Slowly cutting back on my unhealthy habits.

@internetpawti And it depends on your weaknesses. If your weakness is ice cream it's hard to lose weight since it's so high calorie. So if you want to lose weight you'd either have to cut back on it or work around it. But again best way to lose weight is to make healthier choices that aren't

@skatbeecomposer Unless you're overweight, don't kid yourself into thinking it's willpower. I have to restrain myself every day from doing stupid stuff like this. Nothing to do with willpower. It's unhealthy and it's easier than living healthy. And facing the world normally.

@aloshova How could you ever be good at something doing nothing and laying bed all day? There is so much potential and things to do out there. And even with one leg you could live a very happy and amazing life. Starving yourself is just easy. You could still do amazing things.

@Renaissance1827 I want to reach 100kg and I hate gaining weight also. It's so easy for me to not eat for a day or even 2. But we have to be strong. I will reach my 100kg and you will reach your gw. Please continue to eat, you motivate me too.
