@options_insight Agree. Extreme call skew after a sharp rally is often a positioning signal, not a directional one. That’s usually when risk/reward gets murky, not when edge is highest. Options aren’t just about where the stock goes next, they’re about what expectations are already embedded

@options_insight The relationship isn’t linear though. It is roughly captured by the normal distribution’s density around the strike. An option 5% OTM on a 10% IV asset has near-zero delta; the same option on a 100% IV asset has meaningful delta. That’s what the market is pricing. IMHO
