@FitbitSupport Where is my refund from the recall of my IONOS watch. 6 months I have been waiting. Your recall stated 4-6 weeks. This is appalling service and does not give confidence. I believe that Fitbit’s recall service is a scam. I am not a happy customer.

@fitbit it has taken over 6 months to receive a refund from my IONOS watch recall. which has still not been completed. I am disillusioned with Fitbit and it’s service. They just make noises but do not fulfil their obligations. Shame on you. Customers beware !

@FitbitUK where is my refund. You issued a recall in my Ionic Watch quoting 4-6 weeks to issue the refund. It is now over 4 months. Very poor service. Still send me stalling emails. Sort this out Fitbit. I want my refund

@FitbitSupport but you haven’t resolved the refund for my ionic watch after 4 months following a recall due to fault. I just receive promises of the refund. You quoted 4-6 weeks back in December. I’m still waiting. This service is not good enough

@fitbit is anybody else still waiting for their refund since December for faulty watch. Quoted 4-6 weeks and so far 4 months. Not good enough @fitbit sort yourselves out and stop stalling.
