Just spent 2 HOURS on hold with "customer service" at @SAPConcur because we received a bill for $1700 for an account that was closed 2 years ago. Very cool, very professional! Such a great use of my time.

@nubinger @SAPConcur The added bonus? They've obviously assigned some other Resilience our ID, because how could there be more than one, right? So I'm not the listed contact, and they can't create a case number. There is no phone number for billing. I have to wait for a call back.

10 years ago today, @bnevis and I had one of the most spectacular meals of our lives at @guarnaschelli’s restaurant Butter. It’s rare to experience a menu that seems like it was curated with you in mind, and from top to bottom it was a night we’ll always remember. Thank you!

One of Justice Kavanaugh's arguments in his dissent is that even though tomatoes have the biological structure we normally associate with fruit, as a society we understand and treat tomatoes as vegetables, which I think is a much better argument for trans rights than against.
