My solution would be a streaming service that would be decent enough and universal enough to create a soft monopoly (monopoly by being the better provider) in the same way steam is for gaming. In fact I think the best option probably would be steam streaming.

@KEI_URANA don’t know if you’ll see this but I would like to mention that foreign audiences are reliant almost exclusively on platforms like Crunchyroll and Netflix for legal consumption and there’s significant issues with both (the worst of which being crunchyroll’s translation)
