@KenKalthoffNBC5 Thank you @KenKalthoffNBC5 for reporting on trash pick up problems. Our street in the Par du lac subdivision has not had pick for over 2 weeks. No response from Sanitation Director. Is this a labor shortage issue?

This is an unhealthy and unsightly situation for a luxury property like The Renaissance at Preston Hollow, recently acquired by @greystarApts. This has been the view from my balcony for a week. The view gives a new meaning to "luxury".

@VivintHome Getting a Dallas tech to come after a botched up install is asking for the moon. I would not recommend this system because the customer service is subpar. You are kept on hold forever. Techs don't show up. Not as advertised.
