#crofam quick update on the ordeal I’m having with @cryptocom @cryptocomnft I’m living on borrowed time based on the 30 days notice I was given. 30 days notice without any explanation. So I’m trying to withdraw NFTs. As usual there’s an issue and I am unable to withdraw them. So I’ve been selling NFTs from multiple collections at well under FP. Doing this as it’s better to recoup some funds than lose them to the ether and also I don’t want artist’s work in a dead wallet. This is the most recent conversation with support. Really helpful!! Thanks @SupremeShaney I’m sure you’re proud of the company 🤦‍♂️😱🤬😱

@Roaddawg45013 I’m sorry you are also going through the same. In terms of an update for me; Zero positive interaction and no further discussion or confirmation of why the decision was made. I was unable to withdraw any assets within the 30 days set due to “technical issues” with CdC. Something that is all too common. I started to sell my assets in bulk for pennies as they wouldn’t agree to an extension or offer an alternative solution. Eventually, and after the initial 30 days, they offered a 30 day extension and then finally agreed to withdraw my assets in bulk for me. As it stands some of my POS assists have arrived in my DeFi but ZERO CRONOS assets have. I provided both addresses in my chat, a chat they closed prior to resolution. So I had to sell hundreds at much lower than the FP on multiple collections, better to get something back rather than nothing I thought. And now I am being denied access to the remaining ones due to incompetence at their end. All in all it hasn’t been the finest interaction or customer service! Amazing job @cryptocomnft @cryptocom

Another 27 hours have passed with no update from support. Absolutely amazing service @kris I’d be very proud if I was in charge. Any danger? @cryptocom @cryptocomnft the ticket was originally opened on 7 May, with previous tickets having been closed during the weeks prior. Still no answer. Still no resolution.

Many in the #crofam want to be on top of the mountain, but one and only one imho has attained that lofty summit. In all my years in Web3, what I witnessed this morning still astonishes me. Of all my @LoadedLions_CDC brethren there is one who moves the self to selfless. Unlike most lions, he walks without swagger and bombast, he doesn’t need to, to be honest. Is who he is. That rare individual, rarest of the rare, deserves the highest praise. Incredible how quickly he saved a friend whom he may never meet in real life and bought out a huge part of his (@Fester_TMK ) collection before the impending CDC liquidation of that account for no reason and without cause. Sales of Mise’s NFT’s have been happening across the @CronosApp projects, but the majestic sweep I refer to was @cronosbrave and there were others in the Fam who helped out as well🔥 Without further ado… I give the spotlight to the most deserving: @Garry76347159 Long may he reign 🔥

Just on the way home from an incredible experience in the #championsleague at the Emirates. Home of the soon to be premier league champions @Arsenal It was an amazing prize, courtesy of @cryptocom What makes it even more amazing is how easy it was to not only enter the draw, but incredible communication since the win. Everything explained in detail. Where to be, at what time and complimentary food and drink. Now compare it to their standard customer service. My account is still due to be closed. They haven’t responded to my request to give me an exact date. They still won’t engage in any meaningful dialogue. Complaints haven’t answered. Legal haven’t answered. Head of CDC in Europe hasn’t answered. I am unable to withdraw NFTs to DeFi due to an error on their site. But that doesn’t matter to them! They just don’t give a shit. But here’s the goal by the fabulous @BukayoSaka87 from my complimentary seats. Enjoy 🫶

Honestly. And based on recent and personal experience they shouldn’t even be as high as they are. Decisions made without justification and will not engage in meaningful discussion. Add to that total failure to respond from complaints, legal and the head of CDC in Europe it isn’t positive. Also add to that blocking someone’s ability to withdraw NFTs despite telling them to then it’s definitely not a positive experience
