@Verizon Not sure where your live chat agents were trained but I have had absolutely zero help resolving a problem. This has been going on since late November. I will be switching carriers first thing tomorrow.

@yelpforbusiness I tried calling help business customer support and the gentleman wasn’t very helpful and didn’t give his name until I asked twice. He told me there is nothing he can do.

@yelpforbusiness it’s obvious he’s never been to my business because he described it as a restaurant with servers and hots stands. We are definitely not a restaurant nor do we have servers or host stands.

@yelpforbusiness I’m a small business owners & just received a 1 star review on Yelp for someone that has never been to our business. An ex employee of his now works for us and thought it would be idea to bash our business & our employee by making false claims of his experience

@NBATV horrible play by play right now in the Knicks Mavs game. The excitement in the announcers voice (not D Harper) when the mavs score, especially Luka is quiet annoying & Obnoxious. We get who u favor my guy.
