It's been a crazy pair of daaaays! But after a one hour nap I'm so ready for pilates
My knee did hurt a bit and I'm afraid to get it worse but the doctor said it should be fine... Knee: Y U HURT?!
Yoga, Pilates and the some light cardio... Gosh can't believe it's been so long!
Plus, yoga of course, but I really hate the fact I can't run or do any high impact workout because of my knee injury
So... after waiting for the plumber for HOURS and finally starting (late) my workout, I decided to start with some pilates and light cardio
So after my knee injury, tomorrow will be the first time in almost two months I do some cardio and I´ll also start with yoga so there´s that
