For the mouth I used a shrink wrap bone constraint on each of the lip bones on the Z axis for the bones more central and that X axis for side ones, with a Smooth corrective modifier with a vertex group limiting it to the mouth area to smooth it out a bit. For the other two I used surface deform modifiers with vertex groups controlling where stretches and how much it stretches, Which are driven by cages at the entry points which are Shrink wrapped to the pp using project for the wrap method. Hopefully that makes sense 🤞🏻 I followed tutorials from @gifdoozer to learn and do it so I’d recommend watching those if you’re wanting to try it for yourself 😊
