@Re_Unite_Union That's some reach. The toxic environment has been created by the EC majority 31, who seek to cause disruption, not to mention a £500,000 dent in Unite's funds after a failed legal challenge that a 5yo could have accurately advised on ie a 2/3 majority is needed to remove a chair.

£££Millions of members money not accounted for. UL EC members shilling for the two allegedly corrupt individuals, using tactics to try and undermine the General Secretary, to divert attention and gain control to mitigate the inevitable damage to their masters. #Shameful Buzz 🪰

Removing the chair is essentially a vonc The faction thought they were being clever by labelling the removal as a motion so would only need 51% in favour. They desperately want control of the EC with the alleged corruption reports imminent🪰

@KeyLinkChain @ULnational Are you deliberately missing the point? Yes the rulebook states a chair can be removed, but it is silent on how so you refer to SO/defer to Citrine. Look at the standing orders for committees...challenges to the chair need ⅔ majority (I'm bad at maths, not 75%)
