$DAi on pulsechain has no way of being frozen. Completely decentralized for years, no downtime ever (cheap, 10 sec blocks), yada yada. It's just slept on because of everyone's odd assumption that richard heart was somehow a conman from the beginning...But that's not mainstream enough for you to care at this point, so maybe try $Lusd or whatever.

Thank you for taking the time to explain this! Pdai gets dripped to pmint holders. The pdai comes from the 3% mining fee sent as a dividend to all pmint holders. Interesting. If there's no incentive to mine (like now when it's much much cheaper to buy on a dex), then there's less incentive to hold given the pdai drip isn't dripping because the pmint mine isn't mining. This sort of freezes the progress of halvings until dex price catches up to mine price. Sales of pmint and a lowering/burning of supply seems to be the only mechanism that would help balance that system, no? Could paralyze the whole thing. 🤔 The system relies on mining but there's no incentive to mine if it's cheaper to swap. Patience truly wins here. The two ways of purchasing pmint are constantly tied together with an elastic band that pulls itself upward, bandying between an arbitration gap. The sale tax is the key to reversing the advantage. Hmm. Why build this?
