@virginmedia No, the channel has been removed and nor can I watch previous programmes which I have recorded as it states we no longer support this channel.

@virginmedia The call then terminated, so I called back. I was very frustrated as the person who then answered could not help. Shocking customer service!

@virginmedia I attempted to view a channel which overnight was removed from my virgin media account, without prior notice and without any reduction in my service payments. I called 150 on my land line, the call was initially answered by someone who was unhelpful and so I was placed on hold

@Hermesparcels What a shocking service I received from Hermes! I used the service to send my iPhone to a phone company in order to sell it - the phone got ‘lost’ and Hermes did not appear interested. Trying to phone Hermes was difficult - appalling customer service!
