Some developers endure tedious QA loops, waiting for spec approval and stakeholder sign-offs. This can lead to a frustratingly slow development cycle. 3/ Test-related problems are a common theme. A fintech SWE, talks about the time-consuming task of writing ad-hoc tests due to lack of E2E testing.
