@BuilderMonk I sold a rental in 2021. All agent did was list the house on MLS… He wrote the ad copy and had professional photos done… We had to edit his 2-3 typos. 😂 The photos were ok - but not worth his commission on a $550k sale. He definitely did not “wow” us with his service

@samrexford Such a small % of people will stick with it long enough. You have to be wired a certain way and genuinely be interested… otherwise it’s too much work with too little payoff for a normal person to stick with it…
