This is a group of Polish-Americans and Poles in Chicago. Some are just learning the language. One girl is obese and a couple of guys are slightly overweight. In the Midwest. A lot of the young women are very attractive. 1. Gods Plan dude is having fun, surrounded by young pretty women. 2. It's most likely a church youth group gathering or other ethnic cultural club 3. I'd bet most of these kids are not 21 and this is a formal, organized youth event 4. A lot of the girls do not look scared. Fair observation regarding the guy. 5. Whatever

This is the "lockdown rebound." She was in 8th grade when lockdowns started so she lost 2 years of high school. A lot of kids are choosing party schools to get back those years. You can see it in CU's enrollment, among other things. A lot of kids want to have a more fun, less expensive college experience after lockdowns, which were harsh in Colorado.

Congrats on the loss! This is a different opinion than you'll get from others: You're treating yourself like a head of cattle. You're feeding instead of eating. When we raise animals for slaughter this is stuff we consider - macros, timing, supplements, optimization. Instead, "eat like a Parisian." If you like intermitten fasting eat your first meal at 1-3pm but make it really good. Remember, you're not livestock so no 3 ingredients on a plate. Sauce. Medley. 10 ingredients. Same for dinner. Something amazing every night. Something you love. No snacking. Food isn't feed. It's meals. It's plates. It's culture and history and friends and a part of who we are, were and will be. You're very intuitive so you'll know after a month if it's working for you but eat 14 plates of food a week that you're extremely excited about. "Eat half of what an American would put on their plate" and you'll lose more weight and have a much more delicious life. Leave the optimization and "feeding" to the weirdos.
