Now that the World Cup is coming to an end, it’s time for the #29ers to focus back on what will be the next big catalyst for $ABXX.TO. My chips are on the “The Big Reveal”: Who's the Bank/FCM to acquire the first MarketOS license? The thesis is that, if the energy trading complex is to get their much-desired T+0 USD collateral for their global LNG exposures on the @abaxx_exchange, the service HAS to be deployed via an onboarded Clearing Member. The current Clearing Member list has a strong 13 FCM onboarding pipeline, one of which should be The One. The key to unlocking Abaxx’ Tech is the onboarding of that US bank/FCM which services the “global energy trading complex” which management said is actively negotiating the first MarketOS license, as mentioned during the 1Q26 conference call (see the attached slide). There are only a half-a-handful of FCMs that fit that description: GS, JPM, MS.... Therefore, the #BankSummer onboarding meme should lead to the "reveal" of who this bank FCM is and the expected Go To Market date for Abaxx T+0 USD (Gold?) collateral service. When? We’ll probably get a glimpse of the state of this process in the 2Q26 Call in Mid-August. What could this look like? Maybe two key PRs in late 3Q or early 4Q: 1. MAS grants approval for T+0 collateral service at the Abaxx Clearinghouse. 2. XXX Bank/FCM becomes Clearing Member, acquires first MarketOS license to offer T+0 collateral starting on Oct/Nov/Dec 2026(?). The copper price today in the US is $6.50/lb (LME $14,000), pennies away from all time highs… during what is meant to be the quiet summer months. Right now, copper stocks are depleting fast and we are likely heading for a ‘stock out’ on the LME driven by relentless demand from the SHFE and Comex. This means stocks could fall to zero. We have never seen this before... I have little doubt that copper will reach new all time highs in the coming months.

We’re holding more institutional meetings now than ever before. But remember: we have no direct comps, very few exchange-sector funds understand early-stage (and/or physical delivery) vs. the cash flowing oligopolies, and we’re just starting our index inclusion path. For most institutions, our business is a steep, one-off learning curve—and that takes time. This is exactly why bid whacking every open & close, adding on average 56k new net shorts per day (~C$1.5M) the first half of July can manipulate the tape easily (more than our real natural total volume turnover pre-attack). But it’s also why they can’t paint this down indefinitely. Where do 2.5M–3.0M shares come from when they stop dominating the tape and actually have to flip to buying? Canadian special-situation illiquidity works both ways. It's a huge gift to be able to delete shares right as our core markets accelerate and our path to profitability becomes more clear. Over the next 12+ months, as transformational growth takes hold across our business, strategic optionality only opens up further—backed by a balance sheet fully funded through the transformation (which is why we’re happy to delete shares now as institutions ramp up their work into our accelerating growth and milestone filled-fall).
