I remember when I first joined Forex X in 2022 but I officially started trading 2023 around August or so. My timeline was full of charts, market breakdowns, psychology threads, risk management and traders genuinely trying to help each other improve. Every time I opened the app, I felt like I was learning something. Fast forward to today and sometimes it feels like the focus has shifted. I open X hoping to sharpen my edge and instead I'm seeing more conversations about who's a "banger boy" or "banger girl," unnecessary drama and content that has little to do with becoming a better trader. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with having fun because social media is meant to be entertaining too but somewhere along the line, I think a lot of us started rewarding entertainment more than education. The funny thing is the market doesn't care how viral you are, how many likes your tweets get, how many spaces you speak in or even me that is actually posting this. Every trading day, it asks you one question: "Can you execute your edge with discipline?" That's it. I've made enough mistakes in my own trading journey to realize that the things that actually change your results are boring: ✒︎ Journaling ✒︎ Backtesting ✒︎ Risk management ✒︎ Patience ✒︎ Waiting for confirmation ✒︎ Accepting losses None of those things usually go viral but they're the things that build profitable traders. So moving forward, I want my page to be a place where people come to learn, think, and improve. More charts, more market analysis, more discipline, more conversations that actually help us become better traders. Even if one person becomes a more disciplined trader because of something I shared then that's a bigger win than any viral tweet. Discipline Breeds Profitability💙

@CableAnalyst Trading should not be treated as a side hustle? Can you explain this sir? The reason I'm asking it's because other traders advice that you should get something doing (that could give you income) before being dependent on trading especially at the beginning of your journey.
