The Knox Promenade has taken another step forward. The three-tower development will consist of mixed use, multifamily, office, and senior living spaces. GFF is honored to have had the opportunity to lead the design team for Crescent Real Estate's latest project, serving as the Office building AOR and Multifamily Architect providing full design services, playing a significant role in shaping the sleek modern styles of both buildings. Additionally, GFF designed several office tenant finish-outs and was the AOR for the façade for the Canyon Ranch spa. This $250 million project sets a new high bar for commercial development quality in Fort Worth.
