GLANCDA Loses Friend -- Long time GLANCDA Founding Director Bert Boeckmann passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023 at the age of 92. Bert served on the GLANCDA board for nearly 50 years and served in every leadership position. Bert will be missed but never forgotten.
