Another crazy invoice from @PitneyBowes. This time to charge £5 for sending a paper invoice whilst at the same time including a letter saying that we are exempt from the charge as partnerships fall under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. You couldn’t make it up!

@PBCares I don't really need anything clarifying other than how you can justify generating a £1.65 charge for a £0.01 invoice instead of just carrying the £0.01 over to the next invoice? It's not clever on all sorts of levels and not very customer friendly either. I'll also DM you too.

@MichaelWrayGolf Hi Michael. We'd love to be able to compensate you for your service disruption. However, as we are an online health food retailer in the UK rather than a US internet/cable TV company I'm afraid this isn't possible. I think you probably meant to tweet to a different company? 😉
