Second day in four that the BOA station office is closed. At least @GWRHelp bothered to fix the ticket machine for today so some of us (but not all) could buy tickets.
The BOA station office is shut tight, the ticket machine is broken, and the 0729 is twelve minutes late (so far). You've got a clean sweep for the day @GWRHelp!! You must be so proud.
Nothing like a cancellation to remind passengers that the crap service @GWRHelp normally provides can anyways get worse.
The ticket machine inside the BOA station office is working today, but the self-service machine outside the office is out of service (yet again). Any idea when they'll next be online on the same day @GWRHelp?

@GWRHelp You've got a train guard on duty seeking tickets with a very slooooooow onboard ticket machine so I think you're aware. This has been regular practice for weeks (when the office is not shut for lack of staff).

Train late on the way home. Such a routine occurrence now for traveling with @GWRHelp I forget to mention it. Its like tweeting that the sky is blue or water wet.
@GWRHelp Can you tell the station manager that Bradford on Avon station is between Trowbridge and Bath. If he gets to Avoncliffe, he's gone too far. Thanks.
The BOA station office is closed again today, @GWRHelp. Also, the overhead walkway badly needs salting. Its very icey in several places and easy to slip on.

@GWRHelps @GWR_hell So not only are their trains delayed but so is their customer service. Been waiting for MONTHS for any sort of compensation.

The 0729 from BOA is cancelled AGAIN!! Could you just remove this service from the schedule @GWRHelp? It would be more accurate. And honest.
