@AheadoftheNews It's a disaster Marc you're so correct. One of the companies I'm involved is having its margins crushed. Great products, heavy demand in CPG for healthy snacks...some of the ingredients come from abroad. Good entrepreneurs with capital will make it, most won't.

@AheadoftheNews A friend of yours is a friend of ours. I had a company in 2008 - 2009 decimated by the sudden pullback on access to mezzanine finance. This is 10x worse because trust in an addition to lack liquidity is at stake. I hope they’re able to see it through.

Every Black Swan event tilts the market to extremes 9/11, bank collapse etc. but the pandemic/supply chain shutdown/reopening was extraordinary. I saw it from two angles by being in the middle of it importing ingredients and trading. In surfing terms, the sea can be a harsh mistress.
