Just wanted to follow up with everyone. Like I mentioned in the post below, I recently had a developer from Rare reach out to me after watching my video about how much I miss Sea of Thieves and how I feel like the game has gotten off course. They told me it was a hard video to watch, but they also understood where I was coming from and agreed with a lot of what I said. We ended up having a really real and honest conversation about the game and where things are at. I walked away from that conversation feeling more hopeful about Sea of Thieves than I have in a long time. The truth is I’ve never stopped loving this game. I know I’ve been hard on it. Probably really hard at times. But it has always come from a place of wanting to see Sea of Thieves succeed. I miss that feeling of a shared-world adventure where you never knew what was going to happen when you logged in. I want to see the game find that again. After that conversation, I also reached out to Rare about the reasons I originally stepped down from the Partner Program, specifically around the Bruno situation and the concerns I had. I obviously can’t speak for Rare or share things that aren’t mine to share, but from the conversations I’ve had, there have been changes around the Partner Program that I find really encouraging. I’ve also been told there is more information that will be talked about when they’re able to talk about it. What I can say is that some of those changes are already starting to take shape, and after the conversations I’ve had, I feel good about the direction things are moving. It’s given me the confidence to feel like returning to the Sea of Thieves Partner Program is something I can do. It’s honestly been a crazy week. I did NOT expect any of this lol. I’m sure some people will give me flak for returning, and that’s okay. I stand by why I stepped away when I did. I also feel confident about returning now based on the conversations I’ve had and what I’ve learned. I love @SeaOfThieves. I always have. Maybe it’s the pirate in me, but I can feel the winds changing. For the first time in a long time, I think they’re blowing in the right direction. I’m excited to see where they take us. 🏴‍☠️

Could be related to the Microsoft/Xbox Game Studio layoffs that have already happened and what's still coming. Only focusing on improvements/ingame bugs is probably a better strategy with all of that going on.. instead of starting a huge project then potentially having more layoffs.. My HOPE (even though its probably not going to happen) is Sea of Thieves 2.... SOT 2 being launched right around the same time the movies released would be a great marketing strategy....

Just put a voyage down and you can have them unlimited. Theres no cool down timer.. the voyage takes about 15 - 20 minutes. At least 3 megs per hour. The timer being increased on natural spawned ones is based on community feedback because people hate dealing with megs during pvp encounters.

@Lukitch59 @batuhanarrslan @SeaOfThieves @S0nicbob @ChappersChapman You can literally get/spawn any meg you want from the "A Tracker's Megalodon Hunt" voyage... by just canceling the voyage and putting it down again.. Everyday is meg day.... Shrouded should be left alone its the only thing left that still has any meaning/rarity.

Hey! I sank you solo, without teaming (video of our under 2 min interaction in comments), then let a kid sink me so he could win the match. You harrassed me in game, on stream, and made multiple tweets about me! I believe I am the one "living rent free." I never once told you that I am a SoT partner. You, however, told me that you and your friends would get me banned, that I'm a cheater, an exploiter, and you told me I was a "groomer" because I let the kid win in the pirate game. I am perplexed as to how you have won BMP considering your behaviour. You simply spew hatred and division.

@SeaOfThieves 5 hours of the same guy coordinated teaming in LSS bragging about how he’s a SOT partner and streaming it live, then defending the actions saying you guys addressed it and it’s okay to do. Seems to be the norm these days even in HG there’s people joining to throw for friends. L

@Fat_Tall_Guy That's insane. TBH they probably should update the code of conduct to be more specific on "teaming" because this isn't the first time I've seen it misguide people. LSS and hourglass are not competitive game modes 😭

Great developer update! LSS really needs that kind of chaos factor to help keep the game mode alive with incentives for everyone in the community. By chance, has a date been announced for July's update that includes the adventure improvements? I apologize if I missed it—I looked all over but couldn't find anything. 😅

@FrostyRealLive @KICKEthan @S0nicbob @ChappersChapman Sea of Thieves having a Ferryman Eye of Reach kick exclusive drop would bring SOOO many viewers and creators to the platform. Its a cosmetic focused game so drops are a big deal (very similar to Rust in that regard).
