Rhythm Heaven Groove 🎮 Had a ton of fun playing this with the kids today. We figured out we can put in swear words for names and the game will read them off. Super funny. But we forgot who was who. "Dad! Who am I?" "You're Turdeater, your sister is Shithead and I'm Assface."

Man, "Fractal Abyss" and "Valley of Bone" by @fnshing_move from the @Doom The Dark Ages Revelations soundtrack is so good. It's prime for a vocal track from @TERRIBLETHEALEX or @thewillramos or @kyleofsacrifice. It's hard to pick favorites but these are up there. Well after a skeptical first 1.5 hours or so, I'll agree with most of the impressions I've seen so far. @Doom The Dark Ages Revelations is really brilliant. +Game is beautiful +Switching up the shield for the spear was a great idea, the game plays like a mix of Eternal and TDA. +The spear adds lots of cool opportunities level design-wise. +Bringing back the dodge is clutch. +You eventually get the shield back and can swap between spear and shield. +Level design, exploring, keys, hidden items and secrets +Nothing like dying a few times and finally clearing an encounter without using any 1ups. +I'm seeing some almost maybe Metroidvania potential here. Going back to older levels with new upgrades to open new areas. +if playing with a controller you should use back paddles. (Gamesir Cyclone 2 is my main PC controller) This game (and series) is really the embodiment of why I play videogames. Thanks @idSoftware

Notice all the Lead, Senior, Principle and Director positions. These positions are supposed to be training and mentoring junior and intermediate positions. If you let the experienced people retire or leave amicably they will pass on their knowledge and setup the company for success after they leave. The companies are investing in franchises and not people. The younger generation are given the baton with zero support and don't know what they are doing. @XBOX @asha_shar Here is a great interview with the (former?)
