@Se_Railway Could you please stop heating your trains so much, it's like a sauna every morning towards Cannon St! It's at least 5 degrees too hot and stifling when windows can't be opened. Thank you.

@SouthernRailUK Please reinstate trains from New Cross Gate into London Bridge, minimum 4 an hour, but realistically you could be stopping many of the passing trains to create a more reliable, more frequent service to this Zone 2 station. Please reintroduce the trains!

@Se_Railway All day as a permanent service change would be useful but especially in the peak morning and evening hours. Since the trains pass through anyway it would be easy to stop them and increase the service at NX, I believe.

@Se_Railway Could you consider stopping some of the Charing Cross bound trains at New Cross that currently wizz past? It would be very useful to not have to change, waste time and miss connections at London Bridge. Thanks.

@SouthernRailUK Can you pls restore normal evening service to New Cross Gate from London Bridge? 2 trains an hour to a major Zone 2 station is not good enough! The regular 4ph was bad enough & should ideally be increased to at least 8ph by stopping some of your non-stop services.

@grantshapps @sajidjavid @BorisJohnson Please consider putting Albania on the UK's Green list ASAP. Daily figures for Covid deaths & cases are tiny and Albanians can now enter EU countries due to the low rates. Please allow easy access from the UK too. @ediramaal

@grantshapps Could you please look at putting Albania on the green list? Their daily cases and deaths are incredibly low, and it's an up and coming tourist destination, also tourism workers having been prioritized for vaccination.

@networkrail I've submitted a complaint about excessive track noise on Platform 3 at New Cross Gate station. NXG is closed today with engineers on site - could they look at the problem with the sleeper(s) / track at this platform? Pls see video in the ticket. Ref: 200916-000515

@TLRailUK Your contact option on your website does not work. I fill in the webform then it just says 'Submitting...' but never actually submits. Been like this for 3 days now, tried different browsers etc and different methods (complaint / feedback, etc)
