@steenbergenw Het is een volkomen terecht appél. Opleiden van professionals doe je door interactie samen aan de professie te werken en niet door louter kennisoverdracht te bieden, dat we vervolgens in tentamens testen. Hier wordt juist de spijker op de kop geslagen!
@sebastiaanw @steenbergenw @MaaikePlatvoet Als je je concentreert op het primaire proces: onderwijs en onderzoek, dan zou het wel moeten lukken, maar er “moet” nog zoveel meer. Het moet-werk is “werk” en doe ik in “kantooruren” de rest, zoals onderwijsontwikkeling, is “hobby” en doe ik grotendeels in mijn tijd.
