While Canadians struggle to afford a home, the Liberals want to use your tax dollars to bail out billionaire developers and banker insiders instead of allowing the price of unsold condo units to fall and become more affordable for homebuyers in British Columbia. Canadians deserve answers. Who asked for this bailout? Who stands to benefit from it? Conservatives called for the Ethics Committee to investigate. Instead of allowing that scrutiny, the Liberals used their majority to shut down the meeting and block the investigation.
