@AmericanAir how is there no other communication than this? This flight has no inbound on the app so the question is! Is the flight even coming or is this just my experience

I predict @AmericanAir changes my flight times 4 more times then cancel therefore having me spend an entire day at the airport with no support, over priced everything and expenses of another Uber roundtrip and hotel. @AmericanAir shameful let the passengers know now

I can only assume @AmericanAir is going to blame anything aside from staffing in an effort to not compensate people who are literally stranded but maybe tell your employees that as they share the real story. DFW overwhelmed and understaffed as one put it “complete shit show”

@AmericanAir should be allowed to hold passengers at bay at their leisure without consequences. Where is the administration and transportation secretary when the travelers need assistance. On hold as advantage executive platinum for 1 hour 46 minutes then disconnected SHAME

@AmericanAir should be compensating passengers for their hotels and meals for a situation of their doing; lack of staff is not the consumers problem we pay for tickets for you to solve those issues. Where is the transportation secretary if not on this disaster

@AmericanAir should be ashamed of the handling at DFW for the lack of leadership, organization and any structure when it comes to handling situations like this. @AmericanAir is essentially holding passengers hostage by changing flight times they know will not be honored.

Ok @KeeblerUS how do we justify this one? Or maybe it’s @Publix? Even with a current pogo offering - still doesn’t seem right. Family size price does not add up if your only getting (4) extra cookies. I love the cookie though but I do feel cheated.
