@united @NLIAirport Once again, another terrible job by @united and @NLIAirport . 7:44pm flight delayed to 9pm, then 11:15pm and now 12:15am. Zero accountability. Ridiculous!

@EWRairport @united Another awful job by @EWRairport @united. Flight delayed multiple times. Finally land at EWR and have to just sit there because the gatewasn’t ready and it was “slippery”? Not too slippery to land , just too slippery to taxi? Or was it the gate wasn’t ready?

@DICKS Really @DICKS ??? Almost a week later and your response is to reach out to customer service if I still need assistance?? We needed assistance on Sunday when we were waiting for over an hour and you still didn’t bring the cleats out that we were trying to buy.

@DICKS been trying to buy 2 pairs of cleats at your Wayne, NJ store for over an hour. What an absolute joke. The place is a mess and they keep losing the order. Terrible

@united u guys have to be better then this. Landed on time @EWRairport for a cross country flight but just sitting here because another plane is at our gate. Unacceptable as usual. Terrible combo, United & Newark airport!

@EWRairport another terrible job by Newark airport. Flight gets in and no gate available. Waiting over an hour on the tarmac still with no ETA for a gate. It’s amazing how you know the schedule but don’t have the resources available to accommodate.
