🔐 Security Update USDAX Finance We have formally submitted a security audit request to Trail of Bits, one of the most respected smart contract security firms in the industry. The scoping call is currently pending and the engagement is in progress. As a first step while the manual audit is underway, we ran Slither Trail of Bits' own open-source static analysis framework across all Results: zero High-severity findings across 101 detectors. USDAX + APX: How Two Tokens Build One Economy USDAX Finance runs on two tokens with distinct, non-overlapping roles. Understanding both is understanding the protocol's economic design. USDAX the stablecoin Created by locking collateral in a vault. Every USDAX is a liability of the vault that issued it, backed by collateral worth more than its face value. The protocol earns 0.5% on every mint and a continuous 5% APY stability fee on all outstanding debt. Both flow to the protocol treasury. Holders benefit from: - A stable $1 asset usable across the Robinhood Chain ecosystem - 4.20% APY by depositing into USDAxSavings funded from protocol revenue, no lock-up period, no minimum deposit, claimable at any time - The savings rate is adjustable by APX governance, meaning it can increase as the protocol grows APX the governance token APX staking uses the Synthetix reward model: stakers earn APX rewards per second from a rewards pool funded by the protocol. There is a 7-day cooldown before unstaking, and a minimum stake of 1 APX. APX holders govern: - Per-collateral LTV and liquidation thresholds - Stability fee rate (currently 5%) - Debt ceiling per collateral type - New collateral onboarding (RWA, stock tokens) - Savings APY rate Governance parameters: 4% quorum (4,000,000 APX), 3-day voting delay, 5-day voting period, 48-hour timelock before execution. Every parameter change has a mandatory waiting period no admin can flip a switch instantly. The flywheel Protocol revenue (mint fees + stability fees) → treasury → funds APX staking rewards + USDAxSavings pool → more holders → more TVL → more revenue. APX staking is live on Robinhood Chain mainnet at 0x00b6792ac02caf607d0b6ea4a6f572a83472412f. Rewards pool funding follows the audit. APX token metrics are not yet finalized. Governance parameters are live in code; staking pool not yet funded.

USDAX Finance testnet update A few things we shipped this week: 1. VaultEngine v1.2 deployed on Robinhood Chain Testnet Stability fee is now live at 5% APY outstanding USDAX debt accrues slowly over time, with the fee going to the protocol treasury. Standard CDP mechanic, same model as MakerDAO. 2. Automated oracle price refresh Testnet has no live Chainlink feeds, so we built a refresher that pulls prices from CoinGecko every 30 minutes and pushes them on-chain automatically. Without this, oracle prices expire after 24 hours. 3. Dedicated keeper bot running The liquidation bot now has its own funded wallet, scans all vaults every 5 minutes, and runs the oracle refresh in parallel. Everything is still testnet. Every token in existence is publicly verifiable on-chain no hidden mint, no inflation without real collateral behind it. Current Supply: 27,610 USDAX across 4 holders. This number is not arbitrary. It is the exact sum of every USDAX ever minted through the protocol, distributed as follows: 95.86% (26,467 USDAX) held by a vault owner who locked 19 WETH as collateral and minted against it. This is the core use case: unlock liquidity from your crypto without selling it. 3.26% (900 USDAX) held by the USDAxSavings contract. This is the yield reward pool, funded by mint fees, available to USDAX holders who deposit and earn 4.20% APY. 0.84% (233 USDAX) held by the protocol fee wallet. You did not need to buy or own USDAX beforehand the protocol printed it, backed by your locked WETH. There's a Small Fee (0.5%) Of the 26,600 USDAX created: 26,467 USDAX → your wallet (what you receive) 133 USDAX → protocol fee wallet (0.5% cut) Both happen in the same instant, in the same transaction. Your Debt Is 26,600 USDAX Even though you only received 26,467, you owe the full 26,600 when you want your WETH back. To close the vault, you repay the full amount the protocol burns those tokens and releases your collateral.
