#InfoArb alert, earlier today, from Geoinvesting premium: 🚨 $DUOT names $TSSI as an M&A target in their latest 2026 investor deck. Is this connecting the dots on partnerships and JV commentary on yesterday’s Q4 TSSI earnings call? On their Q4 earnings call this week, $TSSI's CEO said they're evaluating "partnerships, selective acquisitions, and potential JVs" to diversify revenue and further expand into the AI infrastructure ecosystem. $TSSI’s CEO even mentioned: “We expect to share more about this plan soon and how the capital we raised will support the long-term value creation.” $DUOT builds modular edge data centers and just raised $65M and signed a non-binding ~$200M GPU-as-a-Service LOI. Join Geoinvesting today (link in bio) Thank you geo sub, @badtrader22156, for the initial information. Additionally, $DUOT named $TSSI by ticker as an M&A target in their February 2026 investor deck. See image Even though we have no opinion on $DUOT, we surmise that management's point of view would be that TSSI fills a need for $DUOT, in that $DUOT could use a technology integration partner. $TSSI could potentially benefit from $DUOT's sales efforts, which has landed some large contracts. They appear to both be aligned in their modular data center focus, but in different areas. So, there could be some cross-focus opportunities, especially since DUOS wants to expand beyond tier 3/4 markets, into markets that TSSI currently targets. More DD needed, but very interesting.
With the recent buzz about Nvidia’s Vera Rubin chips able to run so hot, find us on Linkedin for our complete thoughts: linkedin.com/company/tecoge… $TGEN
I don't think the $TGEN thesis has fundamentally changed. I have my doubts about hyperscalers being able to use 45°C coolant to get max performance in high density racks. Could the TAM be smaller, sure. Maybe a 200MW DC needs 150 chillers instead of 200. Still massive for $TGEN.
I am short Smallcap $TGEN. Tecogen makes natural gas water chillers. Their price action is entirely driven by being a AI datacenter infrastructure company that provides liquid cooling for chips Yesterday at CES, Jensen said the next gen Rubin chips will not require water
@majgeoinvesting @_DanMangan Hey @majgeoinvesting, have you recently looked again at $AIXI? Very cheap at current price based on business, and optionality of the litigation. But the obscurity of the company makes me think twice. Were you able to speak with management?
Press Release Research Platform update is live → now with earnings calls + audio (mobile formatting tweak coming). Rolling this out slow & methodical—you’ll see why soon. Free account/password needed to access new features. Thanks for all the feedback 🙏 MicrocapResearch.com
Big day for our team. Took longer than planned, but a Press Release Research Platform we've been building is ready for testing. If reading releases is part of your research process, this product fills a void. Feedback/wish-list appreciated. Go here {free} microcapresearch.com
Some people say that investing in microcaps is risky. But in actuality, there’s many that are immensely de-risked. These are the ones where ignored information is just staring at you in plain sight, telegraphing with near certainty that the stock should go higher. You can buy the stock at an information arbitrage discount without all the guesswork. I’m not sure this is true as you go up the market cap chain.
@ClarkSquareCap The SaaS business IMO could easily justify a $50mm valuation. That would put the valuation at $3/s. Per the proxy, they will issue a big (~$1.2) dividend in Jan 2026 so very likely stock gets re-rated then
🔥 $PXHI +30% after Q2 filing. Buyback machine, tons of cash. Promising SaaS transition. Management has skin in the game.
🚨 The $200B AI datacenter boom is creating millionaires in companies you've never heard of🚨 $TSSI: +7,000% in 18 months $PSIX: +4,800% in 18 months $TGEN: +1,000% in 10 months $FTEK: +200% in 3 months $OCC: +200% in 2 months $ACRN: +100% in 1 month While everyone was fighting over $NVDA at $800B, the REAL alpha was hiding in $50M microcaps. Here's what Wall Street doesn't want you to know: Meta, Google, Microsoft are outsourcing major parts of their datacenter buildouts to tiny specialized companies trading at 0.5x revenue with microscopic floats. When these companies land hyperscaler contracts, the market rewards them with explosive moves - often 200-1000%+ as investors finally wake up The pattern is always the same: "Datacenter expansion" gets buried in SEC filings MONTHS before the street catches on. That's why I built an AI system that scans every 10-K, earnings call, and press release in real-time, hunting for these signals before they explode. 🔍 It's already flagging 12 new names for 2025 🔍 Companies with fresh hyperscaler partnerships 🔍 Microcaps expanding MW capacity 🔍 Infrastructure plays Wall Street hasn't discovered yet The buildout is just getting started. We're in inning 2 of a 9-inning game. Opening early access to 500 people who want the next wave before it hits mainstream. Join the waitlist (link in comments) - these spots always fill in hours 🚀 Don't say I didn't warn you when these names are all over CNBC next year.

Excerpt from @GeoInvesting Weekly Wrap-Up coming this weekend (Review and Clips from our May Open Forum Event): "There is incredible alpha to be generated in the microcap universe by zeroing in on what’s real—and what’s fluff. Acknowledging that going against the crowd can sometimes be risky and an emotional nightmare, it’s easily one of my favorite investing strategies. And Trumpster and Co. are giving us plenty of opportunities with their soundbites. So, we kept our “FUD buster” charge going during last week’s May 2025 Live Open Forum. Although I continued to highlight my thoughts on data center growth FUD, our focus shifted to FDA 2.0 fact vs. fiction... specifically in relation to how the FDA 2.0's mission to discourage the use of animals in biotech research and to encourage the use of more modern research tools, like AI, could reshape the fortunes of certain biotech players. Continuing along the speculative narrative, I also discussed why the flow of facts could tilt the odds in favor of $AIXI winning its ongoing $1.4 billion patent infringement lawsuit against $AAPL, especially in lieu of some nice information arbitrage out of China that I came across... it seems to give the edge to AIXI! It’s still a high risk gamble, but I am going to keep dreaming! @MicroCapHound
I am short Klaviyo $KVYO. The customer base is throwing tantrums about dog washing nozzles, writing open letters to Trump, making GoFundMes to finance operations. $KVYO is more exposed than even $SHOP, $SNAP, and other de minimis dependent businesses. thecaptainslog.io/klaviyo-tariff…
I was lucky enough to do a site viz w/ $TGEN yesterday. I will post more detailed notes + financials focused notes soon. The key takeaway is that Teco's future potential all rests on one question: "Will they secure that initial data center customer for their chillers?" Why is this key? A data center deal would be absolutely transformative both prima facie and as a permission structure for future customers. In other words, the dominoes don't fall until the first domino falls. Prima facie: Previously the numbers they'd talk about regarding DtX (liquid cooling gas-powered chiller) sales would be one or two units. One medium data center might use 10 or 20 chillers. Revenues double + multiple expands. Keeping in mind that they still would handle servicing which historically is 1/2 of revenues. Dominoes: And then, of course, more customers come. Because the tech is "validated", and $VRT is incentivized to market it even more, and their company has broken in. And the DtX is totally modular. They can just bank them to serve larger data centers. And the customers understand how insane power demand is going to be. So the potential and PMF is really obvious. So what's the holdup? This would actually be rather innovative in the DC industry. Every data center just uses electric powered chillers. No one gets fired for pitching $AAPL; similarly, no one gets fired for recommending the standard (and most probably aren't even aware there's an alternative). These are mission critical, 99.999% uptime sites. You're not selling a product, you're selling confidence. And that's hard to do the first time. Two things give me hope this can be addressed: one, the partnership with $VRT is a huge reputational/tech de-risk. Second, customers don't need to use $TGEN for the whole data center. They can just use it as back up, by ordering fewer chillers, to augment their electrical chillers in periods of grid trouble (see: Portugal and Spain) or peak demand (think: 120 degree day in Texas where grid electricity costs 10x). This removes much of the risk, and would be a smart path to pursue to get a customer as quickly as possible. The second challenge is that Teco is in a chicken-and-egg scenario. As a small company, customers are concerned that they need to raise cash (they do) as this would underwrite their future as a going concern. No one wants innovative chillers if there's no one to service them! Yet, it makes sense to raise only after signing that first customer. At such a point, Teco would be raising at a much higher stock price (even at a premium). The central tension is balancing cash runway w/ wanting to raise intelligently. By the way, it's really crucial and reassuring to see that they understand this dynamic and acknowledge it. This NYSE listing should really help address this second point. Many funds cannot invest in OTC companies—in fact, hardly any can. I could imagine a world where they now can go to investors and say "will you give us capital at X price if we sign Y size contract?" And they can go to customers and say "we have financing contingent on a deal, so you don't need to worry". By the way, I am doing my part here to try and help w/ intros to investors, so if this appeals to you, DM me. Then Teco can raise at a fair price. This chicken-and-egg thing is just an artificial inefficiency; a collective (in)action problem. The way it is resolvable through proper contingency-based agreements with both parties. So can they get it done? Abinand—the CEO and a very sharp and gracious guy—laid out that he candidly doesn't know when it will happen. It could be "a week, a month, or six months". But he is 90% certain they'll get it done—and it was clear that that 90% was not a sign of worry, it was just caution and avoiding overpromising. Ultimately, this is a tiny company with unique tech. It's founded by the legendary founders of ThermoFisher. It's product finally has a real use case. It is partnered with the largest seller of DC supplies, Vertiv. The power demand FUD seems to be abating. If Teco can get that first customer, the dominos should fall. As an investor I am basically are making a bet that it can. My read is that Vertiv always could afford to buy them for the tech—but they'd rather grow 4x or hell 10x before even considering that. Because that wouldn't represent 10 years of work. It would be the sort of thing that, if it happens, can happen fast. I have no idea if they pull it off, but the preconditions are met: a sharp dedicated team, a real use case, a singular focus, and key partnerships. I'm willing to bet on potential.
Here is a new article I wrote for myself but decided to put it out there. Hope you enjoy it. The Secret to Compounding microcapclub.com/the-secret-to-…
The second I saw social media clamoring over the Wells Fargo FUD on $AMZN pausing Data Center initiatives, I reached out to a CEO in the data center power industry to get the real answers: “the AI play is still very strong and that, in his opinion, ‘lease cancellations’ by hyperscalers is likely because of the long construction times. So, it’s making more sense to repurpose as much of existing data centers as well.”
Wow, perfect time for $TGEN to announce uplisting to NYSE: accessnewswire.com/newsroom/en/oi… Keep in mind one data center deal reasonably double revenues. Continue to be extremely excited.
$HNRG $TGEN — should do very well tomorrow. Power demand play incredibly strong. $META raising its Capex guide. $GOOG training 1000s of electricians.
$EVLV has filed and is in compliance. Strong numbers! 6 months ahead of schedule for profitability goals. 8 DTC -> 25+ depending on your look-back period for volume since DTC = short shares / ADV. Shorts have not covered at all into this... they have actually been adding. This makes me think most shorts are indeed mechanical based on delinquent filers. If this reverses and mkt holds up honestly... strong chance of a true short squeeze.
$AAPL still bigly China exposed. Seems like a short to me here. Just covering propping it up. Funny that some names like this are up on increased China tariffs and tensions. Seems mechanical and will correct. Why am I wrong?
