The Republicans are worried about Hong because they can’t get a strong statewide candidate as usual. Tom Tiffany is a boomer who sat and collected a government paycheck for 35 years and whose only legislative victory is renaming a post office. He is going to lose when he gets no turnout from younger voters. Senior citizens aren’t going to decide this election.

You can preorder online for free and they will bring it to your car for free with relatively no wait. You are fighting a battle from two generations ago. But if you insist, they still offer cashiers and you can sit and wait for one, who will probably take longer and pack your things wrong. It’s also a convenience not to have to wait for EBT customers with two carts.

For example, a canned good with a landed cost of $1 is marked up 30% to a $1.30 retail price. A 30% discount off $1.30 is $0.39, making the NYC price $0.91 and a nine-cent loss on every such item if they have the same buying power.
