@LyleRAllen @mac18707 @RCNconnects Sadly, no. Been trying to get the level of service you think would be normal. As in, acknowledging the outage and dispersing technicians to address the issues that a number of us in Chicago are experiencing, then apologizing to us and offering a timeline for service to return.

@RCNBusiness I've now tried calling multiple times to your customer service line and it hangs up on me every time. I'm paying for Gigabit service, but I've been averaging 2.29 mbps. That's a HUGE issue. Contact me asap, or I'm more than happy to move to a different provider. #RCN

@MarkSloop2 @RCNconnects @RCNBusiness Somehow I find it hard to believe that only 50 of us are affected by this @RCNconnects @RCNBusiness outage. And even if that is the case, it shouldn't be hard for them to fix. Take the local service for those affect down to address it and they'll be back up and running shortly.
