Yes I know.... we have been a bit quiet on Golden Potential ... reason I have been practicing what I preach... and time away from running life at 100miles an hour and prioritisation was needed so we come back better and stronger than ever... so what have I missed folks?!

Did you know our brains are much more drawn to the positive than the negative Are you giving up something for lent? I'm doing the opposite and I'm framing the positive. So for me I am looking after myself more by walking and only putting regular good food in my system xx

Back to normality with a coffee shop note planning time. Made me realise that when things go a little odd (a worldwide pandemic will do that) yes we adapt but routines going out the window can mean things change we get out of doing things we should or normally do so back to it!
