@GregoryPeterJ @housser @PeterMcCormack You misinterpreted. Peter lost the case on all claims and the court ruled in favour of Craig. The 1 pound is temporary... as Peter mentioned, there is still process and he might have to pay a lot more.

@Cmillet77 @wclemente Difference is the macro environment. Previously BTC crashes and bear markets have been alone due to it's own price. This time however, the macro environment is extremely f**ked for the first time since BTCs inception.

@MyLegacyKit @ThebullMike @100trillionUSD You're spinning the whole thing. The 6 claims against Craig (for example fraud), were proven FALSE. The final judgement doesn't state this because, as the defendant, there is nothing to owe. This is ONE charge, and it's nothing to do with fraud.

@ericbowman87 @MyLegacyKit Arthur is putting a spin on the whole thing. Craig in fact won 6 out of the 7 verdicts. He has simply chosen the ONE thing that was awarded to the Plaintiff... which was for conversion (moving some company assets wrongly), and that is it.
