But you could flip that narrative: If you take the view that the 4A is triggered when surveillance lets the government know with confidence what a person is doing, perhaps obtaining location info shouldn't be as easily deemed a search as SCT has tended to assume.

In Abraham Rabinovich's "The Yom Kippur War," an Egyptian cameraman describes filming Israeli prisoners: they looked into the camera, knowing that if they appeared in film, their captors could be held accountable for their survival. I'm surprised to learn we made that a crime.

Filming prisoners of war violates the laws of war. Why are people on here sharing these videos and photos? The rules apply even against the aggressors. Here’s the International Red Cross commentary on Article 13 of Geneva Convention (III):

@T0E_B @FOX5Vegas I don't think you understand. We have to pay taxes on jackpots $1200 and over. They are trying to make it so you can win up to $4,999.99 without paying taxes and filling out forms.
