Last week, my mom got a "pied-a-terre" tax notice. She has lived full-time in her townhouse FOR 30 YEARS (she and my dad bought it for under $1 million). She has no other residence. The people who regulate business to within an inch of its life and nickel-and-dime ordinary people with taxes and fees every minute of the day have absolutely zero problem with completely unregulated open-air drug markets and unlicensed food vendors on subway platforms and sidewalks. When you understand that all their principles are fake and they’re only really interested in pathologically destroying society, it all makes a lot more sense. It’s really just that simple. The revolution requires collapse, so that’s what they’re bringing.
Open air drug markets are now appearing in Socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s New York City, where foreigners are openly selling stolen and imported medications from countries such as the Dominican Republic while police have been ordered to largely ignore the activity.
