@bt_uk nearly 2h 45 mins on hold so far to vulnerable customer line to try to speak to someone about the fact I have no internet, which I rely on as a result of disability. Not a very effective way of supporting vulnerable customers #customerexperience #DisabilityTwitter

@TfL is lost property being accepted whilst lost property office is shut pls? managed to leave bag on train on Monday whilst travelling to an essential hospital appointment when upset & distracted & it has my husband's wedding ring in it. Any chance of being reunited eventually?

Why is it every time I check in for a @British_Airways flight it turns into a performance even though they have several months' notice of guide dog & all paperwork? Pls either train your staff globally or provide us with info to show so they know what to do

@DasherGuidedog I *might* have also accidentally eaten a peach stone on a freerun last year. Symptoms exactly like yours. Took me two weeks to pass it and made me v poorly. Narrowly escaped surgery. Glad you're better. We should be more careful with our indiscretions
